Husband Cohabitating
We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any more. He said he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a big amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he needed to set himself up in a new place to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have one more woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
